All ceramics from Harrison House Ceramics are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Photos are taken outside in natural lighting to try to accurately capture each pot. Expect some variation as everything is made by hand. (-: Sizes and measurements are approximations, not exact!!

Are your pieces dishwasher/microwave safe?

Yes! You may extend the life of your pottery by handwashing it, but I find that more accidents happen when I leave pots in the sink to be washed by hand (other things accidentally hitting and chipping/breaking), so I personally find it safer to pop things in the dishwasher! My pots are microwave safe, so reheat your coffee all you want!

Can I pick up if I'm near Huntsville? 

Yes! Choose the local pickup option at checkout to avoid shipping fees and I will email you a pickup location and we can discuss date/time. Pickup location will be closer to the Harvest/Madison area. 

Do you accept returns/refunds?

No, all sales are final. As the sole owner/creator of a small business, processing refunds for change of mind and returns costs my business excess time and money. 

What if an item arrives broken?

In this case, please email harrisonhouseceramics@gmail.com and I will do my best to get a replacement made and sent as quickly as possible. I try to pack and ship items with as much cushioning as possible, but sometimes accidents happen and things get damaged in the mail. Please let me know within one week of receiving your item if the piece has arrived broken!
